What Is Living Bread? Raw Makery's living breads are prepared differently than traditional baked breads. Organic seeds are soaked in living water and sprouted. This provides living enzymes. The sprouted seeds are then blended with fresh organic ingredients like fruits, veggies, herbs and spices to create amazing flavors. The "dough" is then placed in a dehydrator to dry at temperatures below 105° -- creating a truly unique, delicious, and healthy tasting treat that is wheat free, gluten free, high in fiber, protein and omega 3.
